MARCH IS FAITH’S PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY MONTH FOR MEALS ON WHEELS
As in past years, March is Peanut Butter and Jelly month as part of the Meals on Wheels ministry for Faith Lutheran Church. Along with the nine other congregations in Georgetown that support this ministry, we collect enough peanut butter and jelly to provide a supplement to the diet for each recipient every month of the year. Again, this year we are asking for your generous donation of a small jar of peanut butter and a small jar of jelly or jam; large jars are difficult to handle for clients and volunteers. PLEASE PLACE YOUR DONATIONS IN THE BASKET AT THE MINISTRY CENTER any time during the month of March. Thank you!!
Faith is one of nine area churches that support and operate Meals on Wheels daily deliveries. Over 35 volunteers from Faith regularly deliver meals to clients in Georgetown and surrounding areas.
