What is the Capital Campaign?

In 2006, forward looking members of Faith committed to a visionary future of a new sanctuary that would be a place of blessing for many people to come.  By Faith,  those members looked to the future and envisioned a beautiful place where God would continue to bless his people. 

Today, we are kicking off Capital Campaign VI with the goal to pay off the remaining debt on the sanctuary, more than 14 years earlier than required.  Doing so requires the members of Faith to once again step out By Faith and envision a future where the debt for the sanctuary is fully retired so that we can once again look to see what future ministries God may have in store for this congregation.

The Sanctuary Matters

From the time King David wanted to build a House for the Lord, the People of God know the importance of gathering together for worship, for praise, for prayer, for celebrations, for mourning, for song, and for life in fellowship with Christ.  Our sanctuary has been a blessing to ministry partners like Concordia High School in Round Rock, for the Rock House, and others who desire to use our facilities as a blessing.

Our sanctuary is truly that- a place where God is present and the people of God come to receive his gifts, found in Word and Sacrament and in the gathering of His people.

GOAL: Zero

The goal for this campaign is ZERO, meaning fully paying off the remaining $1.1M debt.   Doing so will save Faith more than $116,700 for investment in ministry operations, building blocks for future growth, or other growth-minded initiatives.  By Faith, we believe that we can pay off this remaining debt and use the resources to continue and increase the Kingdom-building opportunities that God places before us.

We believe that through Faith, in joyful work together, we can accomplish this bold goal to pay off the Sanctuary by 2024.  By Faith, we can enrich the lives of the generations to come that will be blessed by our Sanctuary.  By Faith, we can share the life-saving Gospel to the people God has sent into out fellowship.  By Faith, we will continue or mission to Know Christ, Live Christ and Make Christ Known

The $75 Challenge

Capital Campaign V made an incredible reduction on our obligations and we have the opportunity to finish paying the sanctuary by December 2024.  If every family of Faith increased their monthly pledge from Growing Abundantly, Giving Abundantly by $75, our sanctuary would be paid for! 

If this is your first pledge you have given to the capital campaign, your gift right now will make a difference in bringing us closer to the goal.

If this is your sixth pledge, your leadership has brought us to this place and your incremental gift will continue leading the way to pay for the sanctuary.

Whether this is your first or sixth pledge, your faithful matters to the ministry of Faith and By Faith, we can fulfil our obligations early.

By Faith, we can realize our goal of a fully paid for sanctuary by December 31, 2024.  By Faith, we will reach those who need the loving Gospel of Jesus.  By Faith, our work together brings people to do Kingdom Work and advance Christ’s message to our neighbors.  By Faith, your gift will make a difference for generations.
